Looking Forward By Lookin’ Back: Sasquatch 2012 in photos

Last year’s Sasquatch was my first experience writing/shooting for IRW, and while I did get a lot of day-time reviews and interviews up, we just couldn’t manage to get my big gallery up in the madness of the moment.  Apparently sifting through 5,000 photos and editing a handful takes some time between write-ups, a ‘real’ job, some incredibly ridiculous technical dilemmas, a delightfully time-consuming misunderstanding, a husband to love on, and a 2 year-old who had grown to strongly dislike mommy’s computer.  Thankfully we had Morgen’s Mega Gallery to tide you over. Most of those shots came from the Main Stage though, while my focus was on the other stages. That’s where the real surprises happen.  We tried not to overlap too much so you could have a broad scope of the whole festival.  I just had to include shots of the Sasquatch folk as well; what would Sasquatch be without the crazy antics of the fans?!  Just going back over these is getting me so excited for Sasquatch 2013!!  Hope you got your tickets in the bag already, because they were SOLD OUT in a record-breaking 90 minutes.  If you missed your shot, keep an out on Craigslist and most likely there’ll be a few giveaways here and there on the web; keep your eyes peeled! Until then, let’s take a time-warp back to last summer when the days were warm, the music was loud and we had vitamin D overload.
